I loved the cozy Superior Queen Room and the relaxing rooftop pool. The vibrant area is perfect for evening strolls. Felt lucky to find this gem!

we got twin room with 2 twin beds and really enjoyed it.

Exceptionally clean unit with 2 twin beds. An electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV - very useful. Outstanding service, stunning and fantastic location near to everything. Also - close enough to restaurants, discotecas, downtown, restaurents and the parks and walking distance.

Beds were a bit hard.

The staff do their best to make you feel comfortable.

The air conditioning in my room was old and noisy. I noticed a troubling lack of security in the parking area. The breakfast offerings were disappointingly minimal, and the overall quality just didn't meet my expectations.

I had a fantastic time exploring the charming el penon area, just a few steps from the hotel, and i loved how easily i could walk to cultural spots like modern art museum la tertulia and enjoy the park views at san antonio, making my weekend city strolls nice.

We liked almost everything about this hotel. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was very professional, breakfast was great. It's across the street from the river and the cat sculpture park. Nice restaurant with legendary empanaditas and lulada, which were as good as they claimed. Great wi-fi. Cooler in temperature than other parts of the city.

No ventilation in the bathroom. Lots of street noise, but easy to tune out.

Clean, centrally located to many places as well as Down Town and San Anttonio, nice restaurant and good breakfast for the money. Staff was very friendly.

The room we were given was noisy it faces the main avenue, there are many doble bed rooms so I dont know why we got this room or did the price we paid had something to do with it,,,, next time I will call after the reservation and make sure we get an inside room.....

During my five-night stay, I enjoyed the cleanliness and the accommodating staff. The location allowed me to easily explore nearby eateries. The view from the terrace was a highlight, and it was a great spot for relaxation after my day of wandering. It was a little loud due to street noise, but it did not overshadow the overall experience. I arrived to find a friendly welcome from everyone.

Wonderful and exceptionally comfortable hotel, the services were excellent, favourable location in a good area of Cali. The breakfast was good and the parking was on-site. We loved being there.

It was just a fitting option for exploring town in Cali with good value considering price it charged. The rooftop pool area was pretty nice to relax in after a long day. Try out the local restaurants nearby for some good food.

The hotel has an upscale atmosphere, and the restaurant offers a delightful dining experience. I really appreciated the spotless rooms, which featured comfortable twin beds. the food was brilliant, and the location is unbeatable, with the Grand Mosque just 3 km away.
